Didn’t even realize this was a Starbucks Reserve until I spotted the logo. Weekends here are still pretty hectic (same as pre-pandemic before the renovation), but at least the place feels a lot more spacious now. The restroom could really use some love though. Props to the guards, crew, and baristas—they were all super accommodating and on point.

First time to visit. This is a very pleasantly laid out Starbucks. Quite large, with seating both inside and outside - we stayed inside. The color scheme is soft and there is plenty of comfortable seating, along with a big work table with power sockets for those on computers. The staff were very pleasant and the drinks were served quickly. The place itself was very clean, including the toilet which was excellent to see. They have the normal drinks, the food is Philippine oriented so different cakes etc. to other countries. Overall we sat for a while and would certainly visit again if in the area. Easy to find so also a good meeting location.

Visited during peak hours but we’re able to get seats. Kuya guard assisted us. There was long queue in the counter but it was fast moving. Great service. There’s a lot of indoor and outdoor seats. Ambiance is good. Crews are accommodating.

One of the most accessible Starbucks Reserve in Makati is located at the heart of Greenbelt 3, right beside the amphitheater area. This is actually a refreshed store, going from the traditional wood-appointed theme of Starbucks to the new old-rose theme, which I think also has a bigger seating capacity than the previous setup. No matter what the theme is, this Starbucks store, as a Reserve, boasts the best Starbucks has to offer in terms of coffee expertise in sourcing the highest quality beans which every Starbucks aficionado can attest. An in-store rest room is available and doesn’t require the pin anymore. Parking is available at the Greenbelt 3, 4 and 5 basement parking areas.

this is one of the most beautifully designed Reserve store i've ever been to located in Greenbelt 3. very spacious with so many seats avaialable, the baristas were super friendly. their restroom was clean 5⭐

Service was impeccable as a Reserve store should be. Staff are proactive and helped us carry our drinks to our table. Place was clean. Drinks came with a biscoff biscuit. Drink was delicious but sweet. The pastries were pretty standard for Starbucks but still paired well with the drinks - love the banana bread.

Despite the need to provide the same taste and experience everywhere in the world, some Starbucks stores often complain that the quality of coffee is not consistent and the taste is not consistent. The Starbucks Reserve program was designed to make up for this. The program was launched to maintain the taste of Starbucks coffee in the high-end coffee market and compete with premium coffee companies such as Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Dylano Coffee Roasters, and Blue Bottle Coffee. However, what differentiates Starbucks from other coffee companies is that it provides a special space for customers. Starbucks has become a place for the public to meet someone, do private work, and share thoughts. However, the Starbucks store in Greenbelt 3 does not have an outlet to charge your phone or laptop. It is suitable for a quick chat over a cup of coffee, but it can be a bit burdensome if you are using your laptop for long hours of work or waiting for someone while looking at your phone for a long time.
